What You'll Do

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using your clinical expertise and preferred therapeutic modalities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document clinical progress in compliance with licensing requirements
• Build strong therapeutic relationships to support clients through relationship challenges, family dynamics, and life transitions
• Manage your own schedule and caseload with flexibility to grow your practice at your own pace
• Utilize Headway's platform to streamline intake, billing, and insurance credentialing

What We're Looking For

• Current Oklahoma licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing
• Strong clinical training in family systems theory, couples counseling, or relational therapy
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
• Ability to work independently, manage your caseload, and maintain ethical boundaries
