About the Role
As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for all aspects of facility management and resident services. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license for your state
- Proven experience in nursing home or healthcare facility leadership
- In-depth knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred)
