You'll work directly with customers while assisting agents in delivering property and casualty protection solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming client inquiries related to insurance policies and coverage options
• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting with quote requests and policy questions
• Support agents in client meetings, policy preparation, and documentation
• Process customer requests, updates, and renewals with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

• Current General Lines Property and Casualty insurance license required to apply
