The Opportunity
Gpac is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their Pre-Litigation Personal Injury plaintiff's firm based in Pasadena, California. This role offers the opportunity to be the point of contact for clients while working within a highly team-oriented environment that supports every step of the case management process.
Core Duties
- Act as the primary client liaison and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with document preparation, research, and organization
- Support case managers in managing client files and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and effective communication of information
- Contribute to the overall success of the firm by maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications
