Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Heavy Civil Superintendent to lead our construction projects involving roads, bridges, utilities, earthworks, and other heavy civil infrastructure. This role will involve overseeing daily field operations, coordinating with crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily field operations for various construction projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Monitor progress, maintain project schedules, and ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project status and any issues encountered

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction management or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
