About the Role
We are actively interviewing for a Special Counsel / Partner position in Civil Litigation. This is a full-time role based in Columbia, South Carolina with no remote option available.
- The salary will be based on your experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.
- Are you an experienced civil litigator ready to step into a growth role with more work than we can handle? Our team is expanding, and we're seeking a Special Counsel or Partner to join us.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle complex civil litigation cases in various jurisdictions.
- Develop and manage case strategies, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients before courts, arbitrators, and other legal forums.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on risk management and dispute resolution.
What We're Looking For
- At least 10 years of experience in civil litigation.
- A strong track record of successful outcomes in complex cases.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and mentor junior lawyers.
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
