The Civil Superintendent position is an integral part of a Heavy Civil Contractor in Pikeville, Kentucky, Ohio. Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects focusing on earthwork activities.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
Manage site personnel including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure all construction activities comply with local laws, codes, and environmental standards.

Who We're Looking For

Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills along with excellent communication abilities both verbally and written.
Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects particularly involving earthwork construction.
Holds a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel as required by the job duties.
Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience within the field of heavy civil construction.
