About the Role
In this Marine Civil Superintendent role, you'll take the lead on foundations and concrete operations for complex waterfront projects. You'll direct experienced crews, manage schedules and resources, maintain rigorous safety standards, and ensure quality results that reflect Weeks Marine's commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate construction crews performing foundations and concrete work
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with marine construction regulations
- Inspect work quality and address any construction issues in real time
- Coordinate materials delivery, equipment staging, and crew logistics
- Report project status and metrics to management
- Lead problem-solving and implement corrective actions as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent in marine or heavy civil projects
- Deep knowledge of foundations and concrete construction methods
- Demonstrated success managing crews to deliver projects on time and under safe conditions
- Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- OSHA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
