About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and current community members. Your role bridges marketing, sales, and customer service—you'll showcase our properties, answer questions, and guide prospects through the application process. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our community's success and growth while building meaningful relationships with residents.

What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and present apartment features, floor plans, and lease terms to prospective residents
• Manage the application and move-in process from initial inquiry through lease signing
• Maintain detailed knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and availability across all unit types
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries about leasing opportunities
• Build positive relationships with residents and address their concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and common areas
• Meet leasing goals and contribute to strong occupancy metrics
• Coordinate with property management staff to ensure smooth resident transitions

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work scheduled hours including occasional weekends or evenings as needed
