About This Position

At KeyBank, we are seeking a Lead Teller to join our team in Lansingburg, New York. As a Lead Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a resource in identifying and resolving client servicing issues. You will serve as the primary troubleshooter for complex problems and client service needs while enhancing client relationships with KeyBank.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve client servicing issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a teller or related role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prioritizes customer satisfaction and relationship building
• Acknowledges the importance of compliance with bank policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
