Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Branch Teller to join our team at General Electric Credit Union. This full-time position is based in Evendale, Sharonville, Ohio. As a Branch Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling transactions, and contributing to the overall success of our branch.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers efficiently and accurately
• Process loan payments and other financial transactions
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns
• Assist with account opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a teller or customer service role
• Familiarity with financial products and services
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
