What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach sales associates on customer service, product knowledge, and store procedures

• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to planograms and promotional guidelines

• Monitor sales floor for safety hazards and enforce loss‑prevention policies
• Participate in training new hires and provide ongoing feedback to team members
