Large Format Print Specialist

AlphaGraphics - US333 seeks an experienced Large Format Print Specialist to join our production team in Northbrook, Cook County. The Opportunity

This position offers a full-time opportunity to take ownership of large format printing operations at our Northbrook location. You'll be at the heart of our production process, managing state-of-the-art printing equipment and ensuring every project meets our exacting quality standards. This role combines technical expertise with customer focus, as you'll work closely with our design and sales teams to bring client visions to life through precision printing.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain large format printing equipment to produce high-quality banners, signage, vehicle wraps, and promotional materials
• Prepare files and materials for print production, ensuring proper formatting, color accuracy, and technical specifications
• Monitor print quality throughout production runs, troubleshooting issues and making adjustments to achieve consistent results
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on printing equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Coordinate with design and sales teams to understand customer requirements and deliver projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized production workspace and adhere to safety protocols

What You Bring

• Proven experience operating large format printing equipment (background with Roland, Canon, HP, or similar systems preferred)
• Technical knowledge of print file preparation and color management
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and solve production problems quickly
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and take on additional responsibilities
