Landscaping Crew Member

Farrell's Lawn & Garden Center is hiring a Landscaping Crew Member in Bryan, Williams County for a full-time position. Join our outdoor teams to build and maintain beautiful landscapes while mastering the craft of professional landscaping.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, full-time position working outdoors with our landscaping crews. You'll contribute to the complete lifecycle of landscape projects—from initial site preparation through finished installations and ongoing property maintenance. You'll work alongside experienced team members on residential and commercial properties, learning and executing professional landscaping standards on every job.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Construct hardscape installations including paver patios, retaining walls, and stone walkways
• Prepare and support pool area projects and water feature installations
• Plant trees, shrubs, and ornamental vegetation according to design specifications
• Apply mulch and finishing materials to planting beds and landscape areas
• Grade soil, adjust elevation, and prepare sites for landscaping work
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, and hand tools
• Perform equipment cleaning, maintenance, and safe storage at the end of each workday
• Maintain job sites organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards

• Physical capability to perform outdoor labor, including lifting materials and equipment
• Commitment to following workplace safety protocols and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew toward shared goals
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and landscaping techniques
• Basic understanding of landscaping practices, or strong motivation to develop expertise
