About the Role

As a Janitorial/Cleaning & Maintenance Attendant, you'll be essential to our facility operations, ensuring our locations maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance. Working full-time on a seasonal basis, you'll respond quickly to cleaning needs, maintain our spaces efficiently, and contribute to the exceptional experience every Buc-ee's customer expects.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, floors, and public areas throughout the location
• Empty trash receptacles and recycling containers, managing waste disposal properly
• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed
• Perform light maintenance tasks as directed by the Cleaning & Maintenance Manager
• Sweep, mop, and buff floors to maintain appearance and safety standards
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance issues
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in dynamic, high-volume operational settings
• Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a secure workplace
