About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand on the sales floor, helping customers discover pieces that fit their lives and style. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling while you make a tangible impact on customer satisfaction and store performance. You'll work in a fast-paced outlet setting where your energy, product knowledge, and service excellence directly contribute to customer loyalty and repeat business.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assess their style needs and preferences
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and styling guidance
- Process transactions accurately and securely using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain store displays, organize merchandise, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment
- Build customer relationships and encourage feedback to improve the shopping experience
- Stay current on inventory, promotions, and product features to serve customers effectively
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and support operational needs
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine interest in helping others
- Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours including weekends and peak retail periods
