Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Pavago is hiring a remote Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to convert inbound seller leads into signed purchase contracts. This full-time role is based in Mexico and operates on U.S. business hours, supporting a fast-growing real estate investment team.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist at Pavago, you will manage warm seller leads generated by direct marketing campaigns and guide motivated homeowners from first conversation to executed agreement. This is a phone-driven, consultative sales position that rewards strong rapport-building, sharp negotiation, and disciplined follow-up. If you have hands-on experience in wholesaling, acquisitions, FSBO, subject-to deals, or distressed property sales, you'll feel right at home navigating these conversations with empathy and persistence.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls from owners responding to cash-buyer, foreclosure, probate, and distressed-property campaigns.
• Run structured qualification calls to gauge seller motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations.
• Perform over-the-phone property assessments, estimating repairs, after-repair value (ARV), and investment upside.
• Present cash offers within approved acquisition criteria, work through objections, and negotiate win-win agreements.
• Nurture unconverted leads with steady follow-up and keep your pipeline active and accurately logged in the CRM.
• Lock in signed purchase agreements and hand qualified deals to acquisitions, underwriting, and disposition teammates.

Qualifications

• Direct background in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, FSBO, subject-to transactions, or distressed property sales.
• Demonstrated success getting motivated sellers under contract.
• Confident phone sales, rapport-building, and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfort with ARV calculations, repair estimates, and wholesale deal analysis.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Excellent written and spoken English, sharp organization, and the self-discipline to excel remotely.
• Nice to have: prior work with U.S. investors, familiarity with creative financing, and tools such as Podio, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce.
