Run structured qualification calls to gauge seller motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations. Perform over-the-phone property assessments, estimating repairs, after-repair value (ARV), and investment upside. Present cash offers within approved acquisition criteria, work through objections, and negotiate win-win agreements. Nurture unconverted leads with steady follow-up and keep your pipeline active and accurately logged in the CRM. Lock in signed purchase agreements and hand qualified deals to acquisitions, underwriting, and disposition teammates. Qualifications Direct background in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, FSBO, subject-to transactions, or distressed property sales. Demonstrated success getting motivated sellers under contract. Confident phone sales, rapport-building, and objection-handling abilities. Comfort with ARV calculations, repair estimates, and wholesale deal analysis. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and pipeline management. Excellent written and spoken English, sharp organization, and the self-discipline to excel remotely.
