Analytic Services Inc (ANSER) is seeking a mission-driven Global Investment Advisor (Industrial Base Policy) with Security Clearance to join our team in Alexandria, Alexandria City. In this full-time role, you will help shape the policies and analysis that strengthen the nation's defense and homeland security industrial base.
About the Role
As a Global Investment Advisor focused on industrial base policy, you will provide independent analysis and clear-eyed guidance on the investment, supply chain, and economic security challenges facing public institutions. Working alongside experienced analysts, you will translate complex global investment and industrial policy issues into practical recommendations that decision-makers can act on. This position requires an active security clearance and is based on-site in Alexandria, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent, objective analysis of global investment trends and their impact on the defense and homeland security industrial base.
- Advise government clients on industrial base policy, supply chain resilience, and economic security considerations.
- Develop thought leadership and actionable solutions for complex, high-stakes policy questions.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver useful, client-focused results.
- Communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders through briefings, reports, and written analysis.
Qualifications
- Active U.S. security clearance (required for this role).
- Demonstrated experience in global investment analysis, industrial base policy, or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous, complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for advising senior decision-makers.
