Internal Communications & Employer Brand Manager

Pinely is seeking a full-time Internal Communications & Employer Brand Manager to build and maintain the voice and culture that defines our organisation. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, you'll own the strategy, content, and campaigns that connect our team, celebrate our mission, and strengthen our employer brand both internally and externally.

What This Role Involves

You'll be the architect of our internal narrative—crafting messages, designing campaigns, and creating experiences that make employees feel informed, valued, and aligned with company goals. This is a role that sits at the intersection of human resources, marketing, and strategic communications, where your work directly shapes how we talk about ourselves as an employer.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies across email, intranet, team meetings, and company-wide campaigns
• Create and manage employer brand content that attracts talent and reflects our organisational values and culture
• Produce regular newsletters, announcements, and updates that keep employees informed and engaged
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, and leadership to align messaging and ensure consistent brand voice
• Measure and report on the impact of communications initiatives through feedback, engagement metrics, and employee surveys
• Plan and support company events, town halls, and milestone celebrations that reinforce our employer brand
• Represent the organisation on careers pages, social media, and recruitment channels to build external employer brand awareness

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in internal communications, employer branding, or corporate communications roles
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, clear messages for diverse audiences
• Experience developing and implementing communication strategies that align with business objectives
• Familiarity with employee engagement platforms, communications tools, or intranet systems
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, recruitment, and senior leadership
• Project management skills and comfort with multiple concurrent initiatives
• Genuine interest in culture, talent development, and organisational excellence
