Pinely is seeking a full-time Internal Communications & Employer Brand Manager to build and maintain the voice and culture that defines our organisation. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, you'll own the strategy, content, and campaigns that connect our team, celebrate our mission, and strengthen our employer brand both internally and externally. What This Role Involves You'll be the architect of our internal narrative—crafting messages, designing campaigns, and creating experiences that make employees feel informed, valued, and aligned with company goals.
