About the Role

As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you'll conduct loan closings and real estate transactions at borrower locations throughout the Valdosta area. You'll verify signer identities, witness document executions, maintain compliance records, and coordinate seamlessly with lenders, title companies, and settlement agents. This is a full-time position offering reliable signing assignments and the flexibility to grow your notary business.

What You'll Do

• Execute and notarize loan documents at borrower homes or offices
• Verify identities and confirm signer authority per loan guidelines
• Maintain detailed signing records and return packages to stakeholders
• Handle remote online notarization (RON) services for eligible transactions
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and signing service providers
• Manage multiple signings weekly with professional, accurate documentation

What We're Looking For

• Active, valid notary public commission for Georgia
• Background-screened with a clean record
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation and availability for day and evening signings
• Attention to detail and commitment to document accuracy
• Familiarity with loan signing procedures and closing documents (preferred)
