What This Role Involves

As an Implementation Specialist with Fieldpulse in Dallas, TX, you will own end-to-end customer rollout efforts. You will shape timelines, coordinate stakeholders, configure workflows to fit each client’s needs, and equip users so they can work confidently from day one. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan and lead implementation projects from discovery through completion for Dallas-area and broader client engagements
• Gather requirements, map processes, and configure systems so they match how each customer operates
• Deliver product walkthroughs, live training sessions, and practical materials that help teams adopt new tools quickly
• Track milestones, surface risks early, and keep internal partners and customers aligned on status and next steps
• Troubleshoot setup and usage issues during rollout and escalate when deeper technical support is needed
• Document decisions, configurations, and handoff notes so support and success teams can continue the relationship cleanly after go-live
• Collect feedback from implementations and share insights that help refine playbooks and the customer experience

What You Bring

• Proven experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project coordination roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suited to training, discovery calls, and cross-team updates
