ICU RN Part-time Dayshift

The Opportunity

As an ICU RN working weekends from 7 AM to 7 PM, you'll provide direct patient care in a dynamic, fast-paced critical care environment where nursing expertise makes a measurable difference. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, including vital signs, fluid balance, and response to treatments
• Administer medications and manage complex medication regimens under physician supervision
• Collaborate with attending physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and adjust patient treatment plans
• Document comprehensive patient care records, including detailed assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Respond promptly to patient needs and clinical alerts, providing emotional support to patients and families during critical illness
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure)
• Experience working in an ICU or critical care setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards
• Flexibility to work weekend dayshift hours as scheduled
