Humans x Machines Strategies Senior Consultant

Deloitte is seeking a Humans x Machines Strategies Senior Consultant to lead strategic advisory engagements from our Grand Central office in Manhattan. In this full-time role, you'll guide leading organizations through the operational, cultural, and structural challenges of integrating advanced technologies into their business models and workforce.

You'll partner with C-suite executives and operational leaders to develop and execute strategies that prepare their organizations for the future of work. Your impact spans role and team design, talent strategy, organizational restructuring, and change enablement—helping clients navigate workforce evolution in an era of rapid technological change.

What You'll Do

• Advise senior leadership on organizational redesign and workforce strategy aligned with technology adoption and digital transformation goals
• Develop comprehensive roadmaps for integrating automation and emerging technologies into client operating models
• Design future-state organizational structures, roles, and team configurations that optimize productivity and employee experience
• Facilitate strategy sessions and workshops with cross-functional client teams to align on priorities and implementation approaches
• Synthesize research, market intelligence, and client data into actionable strategic recommendations
• Lead change management and implementation planning across organizational and workforce transitions
• Contribute to client presentations, business cases, and strategic documentation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational psychology, economics, engineering, or a related field
• 5 or more years of professional consulting, strategy development, or change management experience
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and translate data-driven insights into executive recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience addressing C-level and diverse stakeholder audiences
• Intellectual curiosity about the intersection of organizational design, talent strategy, and emerging technologies
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver under deadline pressure
• Prior technology consulting, operations, or business strategy experience is a plus
