About the Role

As a Human Resources Specialist at Robert Half in Wilton, you'll work alongside the HR Manager to deliver comprehensive support across people operations. You'll manage personnel systems, facilitate talent acquisition efforts, and ensure the organization remains compliant with employment regulations while serving as a trusted resource for HR policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in centralized systems
• Support the recruitment process, from job posting through candidate screening and interview coordination
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization
• Monitor employment law and contribute to compliance documentation and audit readiness
• Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively across the organization
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and personnel matters

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or equivalent personnel role
• Proficiency with HR information systems and recruitment platforms
• Solid understanding of employment law and workplace compliance requirements
