About This Position
This is a new opportunity to join Careerlink as an HR Generalist supporting our manufacturing facilities in the Lincoln area. You'll be a key member of our HR function, working directly with our leadership and workforce across multiple operations. This is a full-time position based in Lincoln, Lancaster County, where you'll help shape our workplace culture and people initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Coordinate with hiring managers and assist with recruitment efforts across our operations
- Help administer benefits programs and answer employee questions on HR matters
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies
- Serve as a resource to management and employees on HR-related issues
- Contribute to training, development, and workplace culture initiatives

- Background in human resources with familiarity with HR generalist functions
- Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
