About the Role

As an HR / Talent Management Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic human resources advisor to business leaders and departments. You will collaborate closely with executive teams to align talent strategies with organizational goals, while managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through professional development.

What You'll Do

• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, and succession planning
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying competency needs and overseeing candidate selection processes
• Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and retention initiatives
• Develop and deliver training programs and career development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company HR policies
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Support organizational change initiatives and employee engagement efforts

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, talent management, or business partner roles
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate business challenges into talent solutions
• Project management capability and attention to detail
• Proficiency with HR tools and willingness to leverage data for decision-making
