HR Leader – Fully Remote | Upto $80/hr

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in a search for an HR Leader to join them on a fully remote, contract basis. This role offers the chance to work with a forward-thinking team on strategic HR initiatives spanning talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, and compensation design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HR scenarios across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits
• Build frameworks and tasks covering recruiting, employee and labor relations, compensation strategy, HR compliance, employment law, and organizational development
• Work with enterprise HR systems including HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and compensation benchmarking tools used at large organizations
• Apply HR methodologies such as workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and employee relations investigation aligned with US employment law (Title VII, FLSA, ADA, state regulations) and international standards (Employment Rights Act, EU labor directives)
• Develop evaluation criteria that reflect authentic HR judgment and strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an HR leader or Chief People Officer at a major company or leading HR consulting firm
• Direct ownership experience with talent programs, employee relations matters, or compensation design
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise HR systems, methodologies, and employment law compliance requirements
• Based in or authorized to work in Ireland

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recognized professional HR credential strongly preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or international equivalent)
• Prior experience developing training materials or evaluation frameworks
