• Guiding performance-management discussions, coaching conversations, and progressive discipline that support operational targets
• Updating employee data in HR systems, generating basic metrics, and preparing materials for audits or leadership reviews
• Partnering with operations and safety teams to reinforce training, recognition, and a respectful culture among warehouse associates

Requirements
