• Generate basic HR reports and ad-hoc metrics that leadership can use for planning and retention efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a closely related field, or equivalent solid professional experience
• Hands-on background as an HR Generalist or in a comparable multi-specialty HR role
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment regulations, leave laws, and standard HR practices
• Clear written and verbal communication skills plus the ability to handle sensitive conversations and confidential data
• Comfort using HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and everyday office software to keep processes organized
