About the Role

As a Home Health Aide at Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll deliver personalized in-home support to clients, helping them maintain independence and dignity while living in their own homes. This part-time position accommodates flexible scheduling across day and evening shifts, so you can choose hours that work for your lifestyle.

What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and physical positioning for clients
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping support
• Offer companionship and emotional support to build trusted relationships
• Monitor and report on client health status and safety concerns
• Maintain accurate care documentation and communication with supervisors

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license for traveling to client homes
• CPR/BLS certification, or commitment to obtain certification
• Genuine compassion and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
