Helicopter Pilot: $15K Sign-On Bonus

Med-Trans Corporation is seeking an experienced Helicopter Pilot to join our full-time team in Los Lunas, Valencia County. You'll be at the heart of our medical air transportation services, delivering critical patient care flights when time and expertise matter most. This position offers a competitive salary of $102,072 – $112,280 (including 15% geographic modifier), a $15K sign-on bonus (subject to eligibility), and access to our retention bonus program.

About the Role

As a Helicopter Pilot with Med-Trans Corporation, you'll operate state-of-the-art aircraft to transport patients and medical personnel across New Mexico. Every flight represents a commitment to safety, precision, and professionalism in emergency medical services. You'll work with our specialized medical teams, coordinate flight operations with hospitals and ground crews, and maintain the highest standards of aviation and patient care.

What You'll Do

• Pilot helicopters for medical transport missions, prioritizing safety and mission success
• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight inspections and aircraft maintenance checks
• Navigate complex flight paths under varying weather and terrain conditions
• Coordinate with emergency response teams, hospitals, and medical personnel
• Maintain current certifications, medical certificates, and required flight hours
• Adhere to all FAA regulations and company safety protocols
• Document flight operations and maintain detailed aircraft logs

What We're Looking For

• Commercial helicopter pilot license with proven flight experience
• Current medical certificate and instrument rating
• Strong background in medical transport or emergency services flying
• Excellent safety record and commitment to regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
