This remote sales position offers more than just commission-based work—it's designed as a leadership development track. You'll grow your sales expertise while preparing for supervisory and management responsibilities within Fisher Organization, part of the American Income Life team. You'll work directly with clients in labor unions, credit unions, and associations to help protect working families through supplemental benefits.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients across union organizations, credit unions, and member associations
• Present supplemental benefits solutions to working families and group members
• Meet sales objectives while maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction
• Follow up on leads and manage a growing client portfolio
• Document client interactions and sales activities accurately
• Participate in leadership training and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals
