About the Role

As an Education Recruiter at Kelly Services, you'll work directly with schools, school districts, and educational institutions across Southeast Pennsylvania to identify and place qualified teaching and administrative professionals. This is a hands-on position where you'll build lasting relationships with both employers and candidates, matching the right educator with the right opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit educators, teachers, and administrative staff for open positions in the region
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments to ensure fit and qualifications
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates ready to fill schools' immediate and ongoing staffing needs
• Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers, principals, and district administrators
• Present candidates to clients and manage placement from offer through successful onboarding
• Track metrics, maintain organized candidate and client databases, and report on recruitment activity
• Communicate regularly with candidates and schools to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruiting experience, ideally in education staffing or teacher placement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfort building relationships quickly
• Ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously with attention to detail and follow-through
• Knowledge of education credentials, certifications, and hiring practices is valuable
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet recruiting goals
• Familiarity with Southeast Pennsylvania schools and education landscape is a plus
• Reliable transportation for in-person candidate meetings and school visits
