Position Summary

The Head of Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a strategic partnerships strategy that aligns with Maximus' overall business objectives. This position involves collaborating closely with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and the Head of Policy and Strategic Partnerships to identify, prioritize, and manage key national and regional partnerships that enhance commissioning relationships.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic partnerships strategy aligned with Maximus' growth priorities and public policy trends.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage key national and strategic regional partnerships to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Affairs and Strategy and Head of Policy and Strategic Partnerships to ensure alignment with overall company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships within a corporate or public sector environment.
• Strong understanding of public policy trends and their impact on business operations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experienced in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
