What This Role Involves
As our Growth Hacker, you'll drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through experimentation and strategic initiative. You'll identify untapped opportunities, test hypotheses rapidly, and implement scalable solutions that help EnthuZiastic expand its community impact across the country.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and execute growth experiments across marketing channels, product features, and user activation strategies
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to uncover optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring growth initiatives to market
- Build and manage campaigns that drive user acquisition and community participation
- Monitor performance against key metrics and iterate quickly based on data insights
- Research competitive strategies and industry trends to inform growth planning and positioning
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or community building roles
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing and data interpretation
- Proficiency with analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and related technologies
- Excellent cross-functional communication and teamwork skills
- Creative problem-solver who thrives with unconventional approaches to scaling
- Track record of growing communities or platforms from early stages through rapid expansion
