The Opportunity

As a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney, you'll be at the forefront of client advocacy, working with a firm of over 6,000 employees across all 50 states. Your role is critical in evaluating cases, building strong legal foundations, and guiding clients through the pre-litigation process. You'll join a team dedicated to holding insurance companies and large corporations accountable for harm caused to everyday Americans.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate personal injury claims and assess their legal merit before pursuing litigation
• Conduct comprehensive client intake interviews and gather detailed case information
• Review medical records, police reports, and supporting documentation
• Communicate case strategy and progress updates to clients throughout the pre-suit phase
• Prepare demand letters and settlement documentation
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters
• Conduct legal research on applicable statutes and case precedents
• Maintain organized case files and manage critical deadlines

Skills & Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active admission to the California Bar
• Experience in personal injury law or civil litigation preferred
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to build rapport with clients and manage expectations professionally
• Proficiency in legal research and case management systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Passion for consumer rights advocacy and protecting individuals against large entities
