As a Floating Service Advisor/Manager with Meineke Car Care Center, you will move between locations across Southern New Jersey and the surrounding Bucks County, PA area, providing leadership and front-of-house support wherever it's needed most. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a motivated professional with a background in customer service management who thrives in a fast-moving automotive repair environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their vehicle service needs, and guide them through recommended repairs and maintenance
• Oversee day-to-day service operations and step in to support multiple shop locations as a flexible, "floating" team member
• Build trust by clearly explaining work, timelines, and pricing while delivering a consistently exceptional service experience
• Coordinate with technicians to keep workflow efficient and customers informed
• Help drive store performance, customer retention, and team success

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service management, ideally within automotive or a related service industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable adapting to different locations and teams
• Willingness to travel between shops throughout Southern New Jersey and the Bucks County, PA region
