About the Role

The Ben Hotel stands as a one-of-a-kind Autograph Collection destination, inspired by the creative legacy of the Ben Trovato estate and the vision of Byrd "Birdie" Dewey. As Group Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind growing group revenue through strategic business development, client management, and seamless event execution that reflects our brand's commitment to individuality and excellence.

What You'll Do

• Identify, prospect, and close group, convention, and corporate accounts across the Palm Beach County region and beyond
• Manage the complete group sales lifecycle—from initial inquiry through contract negotiation, proposal development, and post-event follow-up
• Coordinate with operations, food and beverage, and event services teams to deliver flawless group experiences
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize room nights, catering revenue, and ancillary services
• Maintain detailed client records, pipeline forecasting, and sales metrics to support revenue goals
• Cultivate relationships with meeting planners, corporate travel coordinators, and event organizers
• Represent The Ben Hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven group sales experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, or premium event venues
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, relationship-driven environment
• Knowledge of the West Palm Beach hospitality market is a plus
