GRAPHIC DESIGNER (HYBRID-CHARLOTTE, NC)

Compass Group, North America is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As the nation's leading foodservice and support services company, we're looking for a design professional to help bring our vision to life across multiple platforms and audiences.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Charlotte, offering the opportunity to design compelling visual content for one of the largest hospitality and foodservice organizations in the United States. You'll work on projects that reach hundreds of thousands of people daily, developing graphics that communicate our brand values and drive engagement across diverse channels.

What You'll Do

• Create original graphics and visual designs for digital and print applications, including menus, marketing materials, signage, and web assets
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects while adapting messaging for different audiences and platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and operations teams to translate business objectives into visually compelling designs
• Design layouts, graphics, and promotional materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Work with photography, illustration, and typography to produce professional-quality deliverables on tight timelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business needs

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency with industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design expertise, visual communication skills, and creative problem-solving
• Experience designing for multiple mediums: digital, print, social media, and web
• Solid understanding of layout principles, color theory, typography, and composition
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or equivalent professional experience
