Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated Graduate Nurses and Registered Nurses to join our team as part of the Behavioral Health Internship program at St. Luke's Health Network, Inc. in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers an opportunity for professionals to gain valuable experience while contributing to our mission of caring for the sick and injured.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision as a Graduate Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with healthcare providers
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients
- Document patient care activities, treatments, and observations accurately and timely
- Support the education and training of new staff members as needed
