About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Graduate Nurse to join our team at Mercy in Lebanon, Missouri. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care activities that include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your role will also involve monitoring and coordinating patient care activities with ancillary departments to ensure optimal patient comfort and care.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessment findings
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare providers
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and self-care practices

Skills & Qualifications

• A recent graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri or eligible for licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care
