Requirements

• Newly graduated Nurse Practitioner with a valid license to practice in New York State
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
• Strong clinical skills and experience in primary care
• Patient-centered approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to health equity and community engagement
