Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Welcome Coordinator to join our team at CVS Health in Dunaire, Georgia. This role is full-time and requires no remote work.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk area by managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff members
• Handle inquiries from customers and provide accurate information regarding services and procedures
• Support other team members as needed to ensure the seamless delivery of customer service

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education may be preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Prior experience in a similar role or related field is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
