Core Duties

• Complete an intensive onboarding program that familiarizes you with Texas Children's culture, values, mission, organizational structure, and strategic goals
• Rotate through multiple departments and service lines to develop a well-rounded understanding of hospital and clinic operations
• Meet and learn directly from senior leadership, department heads, and frontline clinical and administrative staff
• Identify specific areas of professional interest through mentored exploration and exposure to various administrative functions
• Execute focused projects or complete specialized rotations aligned with your career development goals
• Contribute to process improvements, strategic initiatives, and operational goals under the guidance of experienced managers

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a closely related field
