Advance Stores Company is hiring a full-time Iso Parts Pro in Columbus, Franklin County to manage key relationships across our parts distribution network. In this on-site role, you'll coordinate supplier partnerships, driver logistics, and customer service to ensure reliable delivery and operational excellence.
About the Role
As an Iso Parts Pro, you are responsible for strengthening our competitive position through strategic supplier and customer relationship management while maintaining consistent service delivery. Working alongside our General Manager and operations team, you will optimize driver coverage, manage dispatch coordination, and develop resilient sourcing strategies that keep our supply chain functioning smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate and sustain meaningful partnerships with key customers to support their ongoing needs and drive business growth
- Coordinate dispatch operations to ensure drivers consistently meet delivery timelines and service level commitments
- Develop backup supplier relationships to strengthen sourcing flexibility and supply chain stability
- Monitor performance against productivity and service targets while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Work with management to optimize driver schedules, coverage plans, and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in supplier management, logistics coordination, or parts distribution operations
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive professional relationships across multiple departments
- Familiarity with dispatch systems, driver coordination, or fleet management
- Track record of meeting performance targets and driving results in operational environments
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities
- Collaborative approach with the ability to take ownership of strategic initiatives
