About the Role

As a Graduate Civil Engineer at AECOM, you'll contribute to projects that shape the built environment—from transportation systems and water infrastructure to energy facilities and urban development. What You'll Do

• Perform engineering calculations, modeling, and analysis to support project design and feasibility studies
• Conduct site investigations and collect field data to inform design decisions
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications using industry-standard CAD and engineering software
• Research applicable codes, standards, and regulations to ensure project compliance
• Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and external stakeholders to deliver quality results
• Document findings and prepare technical reports and presentations
• Support project budgets, schedules, and quality objectives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (recent graduates welcome)
• Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, including structural analysis, hydrology, and design
• Proficiency in engineering software and CAD applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
• Detail-oriented approach to technical work and problem-solving
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or commitment to pursuing it is a plus
