Associate

AECOM is seeking an Associate to join our engineering operations in Gurgaon, India, working on a remote basis. This is a full-time opportunity to grow your engineering career within one of the world's largest architecture and consulting firms.

What This Role Involves

As an Associate at AECOM, you'll work alongside experienced engineers and technical professionals on meaningful infrastructure and built environment projects. Your contributions will support the delivery of solutions that shape communities worldwide. This remote Associate position offers the flexibility to build expertise in engineering disciplines whilst collaborating with a distributed team of specialists.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in project analysis, design development, and technical documentation
• Conduct research and data collection to support engineering assessments and feasibility studies
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and project deliverables
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Support quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Participate in site investigations and inspections as required by project scope

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
• Strong foundation in engineering principles and technical analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with engineering tools
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to professional standards
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel for project site visits
