About the Role

As a Google GECX Contact Center as a Service Specialist, you will help enterprises reimagine how they connect with their customers by harnessing Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) platform. This full-time, on-site position based at the NY State Campus in Albany County sits within Accenture Cloud First and the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG), where you will deliver intelligent, scalable contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions built on Google's Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX).
• Apply Voice AI capabilities to create responsive, conversational customer service experiences.
• Leverage Google Cloud technologies including BigQuery, Looker, and Vertex AI to power real-time analytics and insights.
• Work with Gemini Foundation Models to deliver responsibly scaled AI within customer experience platforms.
• Partner with clients to modernize their data ecosystems and contact center operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud services such as BigQuery, Looker, and Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with Voice AI, conversational AI, or Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.
• Understanding of Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) or comparable AI-driven customer engagement tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, real-time analytics and AI solutions.
• A collaborative approach to delivering enterprise cloud projects on-site in Albany County.
